Why is my “Verified Purchase” tag missing on my Amazon review?

This happens when a review is submitted from Amazon’s public-facing product page instead of from within your Amazon account’s order history. Even if you’re logged in while on the product page, Amazon doesn’t always link the review to your purchase unless you submit it directly from your account.

To make sure your review shows as a Verified Purchase:

  • Go to Your Account → Digital Orders (for Kindle/eBooks) or Recent Orders (for physical books)
  • Find the book in your order history and click Write a product review from there
  • For Kindle books, make sure you’ve read to the end of the book at a normal reading pace — Amazon tracks reading progress and speed before qualifying a review as verified

If your review is already submitted without the tag, you’ll need to delete it and resubmit following the steps above. If you have a copy of your purchase receipt, contact our support team and we can assist with your tokens.
